Cancellation Policy

Class Policy 1. Attendance & Punctuality All participants are expected to arrive on time, ready to participate at the start of each session. Repeated tardiness may result in missed instruction and could affect skill development. If a participant is unable to attend a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Behavior & Conduct All athletes are expected to treat coaches, teammates, and facilities with respect at all times. Bullying, profanity, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from class. Parents/guardians are expected to support a positive learning environment and refrain from coaching from the sidelines. 3. Payments & Registration Full payment is due before the first class of each session unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may result in removal from the class roster until the balance is cleared. A registration form and waiver must be completed for each participant before the first session. 4. Refunds & Cancellations Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before the session start date. No refunds will be given for missed classes, unless Essex County Sports cancels a session. In the event of inclement weather or emergency cancellations, make-up classes will be scheduled when possible. 5. Safety & Equipment Participants must wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear. Essex County Sports provides equipment unless specified. If personal equipment is required, participants will be notified in advance. Safety is our top priority. Any injuries must be reported to a coach immediately. 6. Communication All official communication will be sent via email, text, or call from the Essex County Sports staff.
